About

The Dublin Graduate Philosophy Programme is a collaboration between the philosophy departments of Trinity College Dublin (TCD) and University College Dublin (UCD), bringing together into one Graduate School the strengths of two internationally significant Departments. A distinctive feature of the Programme is that it has the capacity to provide graduate students with a comprehensive training in both the analytic and contemporary European traditions, as well as providing an opportunity for students to work with a broad group of experts in ancient and medieval philosophy. Altogether, the two schools have 20 full-time staff and about 75 graduate students at any one time. The School are also home to the International Journal of Philosophical Studies and the international postgraduate philosophy journal Perspectives.
